Maintaining our high standard of work
To preserve a clean, spam-free, and high-trust ecosystem, all registered members must adhere to our behavioral code.
Client & Creator Do's
Best Practices
Communicate clearly and professionally in the workspace
Set realistic milestone expectations and agreed delivery timelines
Ensure all payments are made through Growlanzo Escrow — before any work begins
Review delivered work within the auto-release window (default 72h)
Provide constructive, objective, and respectful reviews
Respond to messages and coordination requests promptly — ideally within 24 hours
Take Growlanzo skill assessments to earn verified badges and build trust
Client & Creator Don'ts
Banned Operations
Pay, or ask to be paid, outside Growlanzo — no direct bank transfers, UPI, PayPal or crypto for platform projects
Attempt to bypass escrow, or exchange personal contact details before a contract is funded
Share sensitive passwords or private credentials in raw text
Upload malicious scripts, spam links, or unvetted bundles
Plagiarize, misrepresent experience, or use fake documents to bypass verification
Coerce or harass partners during milestone negotiations
Use temporary or disposable email addresses to create accounts or exploit referrals
Delete active task cards without prior workspace consensus
Team Projects — Independent Engagements
In a Team Project, the Client hires each freelancer under a separate, independent contract — with its own escrow, milestones and dispute process. There is no single mega-contract covering the team, and Growlanzo provides no cross-freelancer coordination or delivery guarantee — only escrow payment protection per contract. If one member's work is disputed or cancelled, the other contracts remain unaffected. Treat every team member as an independent professional: communicate scope clearly per role, fund each contract through escrow, and review each delivery on its own terms.
Enforcement Protocol
Growlanzo may use automated and human review processes to help maintain community standards. Violating these directives may result in actions such as workspace restrictions, wallet holds, or profile limitations, depending on the nature and severity of the violation. You can submit appeals via support tickets.
